  • What is the process once I have selected the pieces that I wish to buy?
    Once you choose the products, you will be directed to the registration and payment page. You can choose to purchase products as a guest or complete the process of registration (in which case we will capture all the details you enter and you can simply login with your email ID when you shop at PikaLove later). You will then be re-directed to our secure payment gateway page where you can choose to pay in any mode you wish.
  • Do I need to set up an account with to place an order?
    We recommend you to register with us, to get the best services and offers available. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process. Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your PikaLove account: - Track your orders and review past purchases - Request your return or exchange directly from your account - Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time - Manage your account details, address book and email preferences - To create an account, simply click on 'SIGN IN' and then 'REGISTER NOW' to fill in your details.

  • How can I change my personal details or shipping address?

  • Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
    While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
  • How do I know if an item is in stock?
    All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email to find out if there is a backorder for that item (you will need to be a registered user).
  • What payment methods does PikaLove accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also Net Banking and Wallet options. If you'd like to pay via PayPal, please write to with product details and we will send you a PayPal invoice, against which you can make the payment. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.
  • Is it safe to use my credit card online at PikaLove?

Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop at PikaLove.
  • Why do I need to re-enter my card details when I add a new address?
    For your security, whenever you request delivery to a new address we will ask you to provide new credit or debit card details (if you have previously stored them with us). This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to make an order using your account, they will be unable to do so. We hope you understand that this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.
  • How do I remove saved credit card details?
    There are two ways to remove previously saved credit card details: - Edit or add new shipping or billing address. - During your next purchase, simply ‘UNSELECT’ the option ‘REMEMBER MY PAYMENT DETAILS’ on the payment page.
  • Does PikaLove ship to multiple addresses?
    Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate and bulk orders, please contact for assistance.
  • How to send a PikaLove product as a gift?
    It's easy. You have the option of entering a different shipping address. If the product is meant to be a gift, you can also mention this at the notes section in the final cart screen and include your personalized greeting. We will ensure that your gift is wrapped, your message added and your gift delivered with warmth to the recipient.
  • Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
    We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
  • Do I need to sign for my order?
    Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.
  • Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
    You can cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not provide refunds for any products once sold.
  • I have returned an item. When will I see the credit in my refund?
    Once you have returned an item, PikaLove will be running through an inspection of the garment. If in the case there has been any kind of damage been caused or if it is soiled, we will not be able to accept the return. However, if the garment is devoid of any damages, we will provide you with the amount paid for the garment in the form of store credit.
  • How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
    After you place your order, you will be sent an email a text message confirming and that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
  • Can I add items to an existing order?
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
  • My items have arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
    If we have made a mistake from our end by sending you an incorrect item, garment size or damaged item, please send us an email to with a photograph of the garment. We will return it to you with the correct item/ garment size.
  • Can I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS.
  • How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
    For Indian Customers. Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers. Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
  • Is my package insured?
    All domestic deliveies are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from PikaLove to the shipping address. However, Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered under insurance. Upon arrival, If your box is damaged, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. Intrnational customers can opt for transit insurance at nominal costs.
  • What packaging will my order be shipped in?
    All merchandise from will be signed, sealed and delivered in a signature PikaLove box that will ensure that your product will reach safely to its destination without any damage.
  • Do you ship to all the countries?
    We ship through India Post's EMS Speed Post service, Aramex, Delhivery and Blue dart. In case any of our shipping partners don't ship to your country, we’ll inform you of the same and arrange for alternate shipping.
  • Are the prices on the website inclusive or exclusive of taxes?
    All prices listed on our site are inclusive of all charges that you need to pay.
