At PikaLove, we take the utmost care to make quality goods blended with the finest raw materials. Due to the handmade characteristic of all our products, there may be irregular weaves or colour shades that don't match the website and these are effects from hand dyeing and hand weaving each piece of fabric. These add a unique feel to each piece and should be not be considered as defects.

If you believe you have received a wrong/damaged item, you have 3 calendar days to return it from the date you received it if the following conditions are met. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • No exchange or return of any customised or made to order or altered pieces.

  • If you receive a faulty product we will arrange for the pick up if there is a return pickup service in your city or client may send it and we will bare the cost

  • Only after receiving the product we will make a refund in your original payment method  in 7 - 8 working days.

  • We only Exchange a Product once and only when informed within 3 Working Days from date of delivery, not applicable for international orders. 

  • Product once replaced is not eligible for refund any time, It can only be exchanged again or a credit note or GC (Gift Card / Gift Voucher) for same value valid for 90 days will be issued.

  • Exchange shipping Cost has to be born by the client if the chosen size was incorrect .

  • We will not accept the item back if there is any damage during the courier.

  • will not be responsible for any loss/theft during transit of the package courier sent by you.

  • Exchange/Return will be only accepted once.

  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

  • Alterations can be carried out within 7 working days from the date of delivery only.

  • Exchanges Product once replaced or exchanged is not eligible for refund any time, It can only be exchanged again or a GC / credit note for same value valid for 90 days will be issued.

  • Purchase made during "Sale" period will not be refunded, that purchase is only eligible for an exchange or 'Credit-Note' valid for 90 days will be issued.

  • In case of customised products, altered products or discounted products or products on discount, no returns or exchanges are possible. 

  • If the return request is initiated after 3 days of receiving the product, no cash returns will be given. GC and credit notes will be the sole refund mode (if the request is made within 7 days). 

  • Discounted products will not be eligible for any kind of exchange or returns.

  • Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll notify you and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Order Cancellations

  • The order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. Any amount paid will be credited within 3 to 5 working days. 

  • Cancellations will not be acceptable once the product is shipped. 

  • For cancellations, please contact us on our email ID or WhatsApp

In case of complaints regarding products please email our customer care at mentioning your Order ID.
